Consent to the processing of personal data

By submitting a form on the refocus.community website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give Refocus Limited Liability Company (ООО «Рефокус», INN 7606050404, OGRN 1047600807539, address: 11, 13 Neftyanikov St., Yaroslavl, Yaroslavl Region, 150023, Russia; the Operator) my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Personal data: surname, first name and patronymic, to the extent I have given them; the name of the organisation I represent; email address; telephone number; the content of my enquiry.

2. Purpose of processing: considering my enquiry, preparing a reply and a commercial offer, contacting me on matters related to the enquiry, preparing and concluding a contract.

3. Operations with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amendment), retrieval, use, transfer to the parties named in clause 4, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is carried out both by automated means and without them.

4. Parties processing data on the Operator's instructions:

  • YANDEX 360 for Business LLC (INN 9704259180, address: 11 bldg. 44 Timura Frunze St., Moscow, 119021, Russia) — hosting the Operator's email, to which notifications of enquiries are delivered;
  • individual entrepreneur Andrey Aleksandrovich Krivonosov (INN 760404302526, postal address: 4 Magistralnaya St., Yaroslavl, Yaroslavl Region, 150049, Russia) — administration of the computing resources hosting the Operator's enquiry tracking system;
  • Selectel JSC (INN 7810962785, address: 21 lit. A Tsvetochnaya St., Saint Petersburg, 196006, Russia) — housing of the technical facilities and databases in a data centre.
  • The full list of parties processing data on the Operator's instructions is given in clause 7.9 of the Personal Data Processing Policy.

5. Personal data are not used for advertising or marketing mailings. No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.

6. Term of the consent: until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than three years from the date the form is submitted.

7. Withdrawal of consent. The consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to privacy@refocus.community or by post to the Operator's address. The Operator stops the processing and destroys the personal data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, unless there are other lawful grounds for processing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received.
